Management Team


The founders of ADC consist of experienced developers, seasoned investors and attorneys, most of whom are also the core personnel at IRG. They are the leading force in making the IRG portfolio one of the largest private holders of industrial and commercial real estate in the U.S. The ADC team, joining together with IRG, brings expertise in the development of brownfield and greenfield sites for retail and commercial uses supported by EB-5 financing pursuant to USCIS requirements.


John A. Mase | Chief Executive Officer and Member of Board of Directors

DPA6318-Edit-200x300John A. Mase is the Chief Executive Officer of IRG and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Mase has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry as principal, developer, owner and attorney. Mr. Mase was instrumental in the initial formation of IRG and its growth over the past twenty five years.

Mr. Mase previously served as outside General Counsel for IRG as a founding partner of Fainsbert Mase & Snyder, LLP, a Los Angeles business law firm formed in 1987. Mr. Mase is licensed by the State Bar of California as an attorney and is designated a Certified Tax Specialist by the State Bar of California. As a corporate and real estate attorney, Mr. Mase has handled virtually all aspects of real estate transactions totaling in the billions of dollars.

Over the years Mr. Mase has lectured at the University of Southern California, Boston University School of Management, Golden Gate University, and for numerous trade and business organizations on a variety of topics on real estate, taxation and business issues. Mr. Mase is the co-author of “Real Property Exchanges” published by Regents of the University of California and Continuing Education of the Bar, Second Edition, and is one of the nation’s leading experts on tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Mase was voted as one of the Southern California Super Lawyers®, an honor bestowed upon only 5% of licensed practicing attorneys for professional achievement and peer recognition. Mr. Mase also received the highest recognition for legal abilities and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbard Legal Directory. Mr. Mase passed the CPA examination and previously worked for one of the former big five accounting firms. Mr. Mase has also served as a special consultant to NBC Channel 4 News.

Born and raised in Trumbull, Connecticut, Mr. Mase received a Bachelor of Science degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Rhode Island with a major in Business Administration (accounting). Mr. Mase received his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law.

Mr. Mase is a member of Young President’s Organization (YPO), Beverly Hills Chapter, and serves on several corporate and non-profit Boards of Directors. Mr. Mase resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and two sons.


Kayla Darcy-Goldrick | Vice President – Investor Relations

Kayla-Darcy-GoldrickKayla Darcy-Goldrick is Vice President – Investor Relations with IRG. Ms. Darcy-Goldrick is a certified paralegal skilled at complex transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, corporate entity structuring and investor transactions. Prior to IRG, Ms. Darcy-Goldrick spent eleven years with the law firm of Fainsbert Mase & Snyder, LLP focusing primarily on IRG projects. Previously, Ms. Darcy-Goldrick was Corporate Sales Director for 24 Fitness.

Ms. Darcy-Goldrick has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in Communications and Journalism. She received her Certificate of Paralegal Studies in 2000. She lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband and son.


Forrest Brown | Senior Investment Coordinator

Forrest Brown is the Senior Investment Coordinator for ADC.  Mr. Brown is responsible for coordinating with investors, agents and escrow banks for ADC projects.  Mr. Brown is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics and Accounting and will be attending the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.  Mr. Brown is fluent in Spanish, Italian and Chinese.
