IRG was the ownerThrough an agreement to keep the company’s headquarters in Akron, IRG began redeveloping Goodyear’s former headquarters into the mixed-use project, The East End (Goodyear Phase II) and owned and developed a new facility (Goodyear Phase I) to meet Goodyear’s needs and create local jobs.
